Load human members, robot-token members, assignable roles, and loading/error
state for a project. Resolved profiles supply account-global user IDs. A
member without that ID retains the project membership ID. New assignments
reject unresolved project IDs.

from @sanity/workflow-components names a robot actor by its token label.
